Data migration will be executed based on the scope of work agreed upon in the service agreement. Tprosys.com is not liable for any data loss resulting from inaccuracies or third-party system limitations. Clients are advised to back up their data before the migration process.
3.3 Cloud Services
Our cloud solutions are customized to your specific business needs. Ongoing management services are subject to monthly or annual subscription fees as agreed. Tprosys.com will not be held responsible for downtime caused by external providers.
3.4 Web and Mobile App Development

All deliverables will be based on the agreed project scope. Any changes or additions to the scope may incur additional charges. Ownership of source code or design assets will transfer to the client only after full payment.
3.5 Affiliate Marketing and Display Advertising
Campaign success is contingent upon client cooperation, including timely provision of content and access to analytics. Tprosys.com reserves the right to terminate campaigns if violations of ethical advertising standards occur.
3.6 Debugging Tools/Services
Debugging services are provided to identify and resolve software issues. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee a completely error-free system.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
